Ecosystem is hiring a Mechanical Construction Project Manager to lead the implementation phase of complex, energy-intensive building projects from pre-construction through construction, delivery, and closeout. The role combines mechanical engineering expertise with project management, overseeing on-site operations, subcontractors, clients, technical performance, budget, schedule, safety, quality, and client relationships. It is a full-time, field-based position requiring 4–5 days per week on active project sites in New England, with a base salary of $140,000–$190,000 and comprehensive benefits.
