Mechanical Controls Engineer at Lambda

Lambda is hiring a Mechanical Controls Engineer to own controls standards and reference architectures for large-scale AI data center mechanical systems. The role covers control narratives, automation, system behavior, sensor and actuator requirements, BMS integration, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and coordination with mechanical, electrical, network, hardware, construction, and operations teams. The position requires presence in the San Francisco or San Jose office four days per week, with Tuesday as the designated work-from-home day, and requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, controls, or systems engineering or equivalent practical experience.
