Organize and coordinate internal and external preventive maintenance
Submit purchase order (PO) requests, validate the work orders and parts (PCC/parts), correct discrepancies, and close internal work orders.
Manage Mechanical Verification Certificates (CVM), ensure compliance, and ensure system consistency in M5.
Enter supplier/dealer invoices into M5 daily and reconcile labor-hour reports in Excel to support payroll tracking.
Arrange transportation for units that require repairs off-site and support the shop-floor team when operational issues arise.
Complete monthly administrative checklists.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma (DES) or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications: Training or proven experience in mechanical work, transportation, or fleet management
Strong understanding of the transportation environment and the maintenance of heavy-duty vehicles.
Demonstrated proficiency with the Google suite, Excel, and maintenance management software (M5 is a major asset)
Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities at once, and excellent teamwork.
