Description
The CAD Designer Drafter supports NASA Johnson Space Center design and drafting activities using SolidWorks, develops compliant design and drawing solutions, contributes to technical systems and components, produces ASME Y14-compliant engineering drawings, prepares design documentation, presents work during design reviews, participates in project meetings, and maintains CAD files in the CAD Data Management System. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–10 years of relevant experience, mechanical design and CAD experience, and the ability to produce drawings conforming to ASME Y14.5.
