The CEA’s Military Applications Directorate is hiring a Mechanical Design Drafting Technician (Engineering Design Office) for its Cesta center in Le Barp, Gironde, France. The role involves mechanical layout studies, 3D digital mock-ups, detail and assembly drawings, system integration, interface drawings, tolerance stack-ups, and participation in technical meetings. The position requires a two- or three-year post-secondary qualification in mechanical engineering and at least 10 years of experience in the mechanical design of complex systems, and is available from 02/11/2026.
