Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Mechanical Engineer in Santa Clara, California, to troubleshoot mechanical problems, develop custom tooling and fixturing, design layouts and schematics, perform engineering analysis, coordinate procurement and assembly, and lead complex product projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of experience, along with CAD, thermodynamics, sheet metal design, material selection, manufacturing methods, GD&T, flow analysis, and/or Design for Excellence knowledge.
