Avery Dennison is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer for its Engineering Technology group in Azusa, California. The role supports global manufacturing projects involving proprietary process technologies and equipment, including RFID devices, precision coating, extrusion, thermal embossing, drying, curing, lamination, printing, and label converting. Responsibilities include designing and analyzing high-speed mechanical systems, inspecting, installing, and commissioning equipment, coordinating vendors and internal personnel, developing prototypes and experiments, and maintaining technical documentation. The position requires 3–9+ years of relevant engineering experience, a bachelor's degree, CAD proficiency, GD&T and ASME Y14.5 knowledge, and willingness to travel within the United States and internationally. The salary range is $91,350–$136,416.
