Boston Materials is hiring an early-career Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design, prototyping, testing, and customer qualification of liquid-metal thermal interface materials for advanced semiconductor packages. The role involves CAD modeling and drawings, assembly mockups, mechanical and reliability testing, thermal data analysis, fabrication coordination, customer technical support, and documentation. Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, 0–3 years of professional experience, CAD and GD&T proficiency, prototyping and lab skills, and an interest in electronics packaging and thermal design.
