Description
The Mechanical Design Engineer provides converting equipment component and systems design services to support the manufacture, assembly, and commissioning of converting equipment. The role supports project-based technology assignments, continuous improvement, engineering and manufacturing standards, stakeholder presentations, project planning, and hands-on problem-solving at JOA and customer sites. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline or equivalent academic and practical experience, strong analytical and communication skills, software proficiency, and the ability to travel up to approximately 20% domestically and internationally.
