KOSTAL is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to develop, design, validate, and lead high-voltage connector systems from concept through production. The role covers CAD and CATIA design, tolerance stack-ups, DFMEA, product validation, engineering changes, customer builds, and support for automotive-sector customers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, at least 8 years of automotive or aerospace experience, and 5 years of automotive connector experience; high-voltage experience and CATIA proficiency are preferred.
