Description
Tyonek is seeking a Mechanical Engineer IV – Aircraft Integration to lead the integration of avionics and weapons systems into rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft platforms. The role involves developing CAD data, mechanical design solutions, airworthiness analyses and documentation, manufacturing coordination, design reviews, installation instructions, and support through prototype, validation, and verification phases. The position requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience, aerospace and aircraft-structures expertise, CAD and finite-element analysis skills, airworthiness certification experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
