REGENT is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to design, analyze, prototype, test, and mature mechanical systems for its Seaglider eVTOL platforms. The role covers structures, mechanisms, actuation, thermal, fluid, and electromechanical systems across Squire, Paladin, and Viceroy, including CAD, hand calculations, FEA, fastener sizing, manufacturing considerations, and cross-functional integration. The engineer will own projects end-to-end and advance core technologies such as hydrofoil retraction and control-surface actuation toward production.
