Scot Forge is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to design, improve, and support custom machinery and systems used in forging, heat treat, machining, and material handling operations. The role covers capital projects, equipment upgrades, reliability improvements, mechanical design and SolidWorks drafting, component selection, stress and finite element analysis, procurement documentation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least three years of machine or industrial equipment design experience, with FEA, reliability, and industrial machinery experience preferred.
