WSA is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer for its Dynamic Process Engineering team to maintain, optimize, and develop advanced hearing solutions. The role focuses on plastic, metal, and rubber component design, CAD and PLM/PDM systems, engineering change management, root-cause investigations, supplier and manufacturing collaboration, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. Candidates need a mechanical engineering or related degree, at least 8 years of relevant experience, strong plastic component and injection-molding expertise, and experience with Creo, Agile, and Windchill.
