Description
Foundation is hiring a Structural Engineer to design and develop the vehicle body and structural architecture for an autonomous, crewless all-terrain ATV. The role owns structural performance from concept through prototype, using FEA and simulation-driven design, and involves frame systems, material selection, rapid prototyping, joints and interfaces, and integration with robotics, suspension, and systems engineering. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on experience designing and building structural mechanical systems, along with CAD, FEA, fabrication, materials, and harsh-environment design experience.
