EMIT Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to create accurate, manufacturable mechanical designs using SolidWorks and collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and project management teams. The role focuses on developing drawings and documentation, ensuring designs meet performance and manufacturability standards, supporting product development, resolving design issues, and improving design workflows and standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field (or equivalent experience), strong SolidWorks proficiency, manufacturing/design-for-manufacturability knowledge, and cross-functional communication skills, with a salary range of $65,000 to $90,000 USD.
