Description
TAIT is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer III in Lititz, Pennsylvania to lead element-level, project-based mechanical design for specialized machinery, structures, and rigging systems in the entertainment technology industry. The role develops and documents technical solutions from concept through commissioning, including 2D drawings, 3D CAD models, design studies, assembly and part drawings, prototyping, engineering reviews, procurement support, and fabrication/testing issue resolution. It requires a technical bachelor's degree, at least five years of related experience, 3D CAD modeling, and experience with custom rigging, machinery, structural, or scenic design.
