TAIT is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer III in Lititz, Pennsylvania to own element-level mechanical design work for specialized machinery, structures, and rigging systems used in the entertainment technology industry. The role develops and documents technical solutions from concept through commissioning, using 2D CAD, 3D modeling, drawing packages, prototyping, design reviews, and manufacturing documentation while collaborating with project management, fabrication, procurement, field teams, clients, and engineering reviewers. The position is based at TAIT’s Lititz headquarters and requires a technical bachelor’s degree plus more than five years of related experience.
