FERCHAU is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer (Machine Building) for X-Ray Technology to develop and adapt components and assemblies for X-ray tubes. The role involves CAD design in SolidEdge, technical drawing and specification creation, design for manufacturability, documentation, design reviews, and risk mitigation while accounting for G-loads, high vacuum, high voltage, and temperature resistance. Candidates need a mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable degree, prior experience with complex assemblies in custom machine construction or medical technology, CAD and PLM knowledge, material and standards expertise, and German and English language skills.
