Description
The Mechanical Design Engineer will own the conception, sizing, and tool-ready 3D design of complex plastic components and assemblies for hand tools, develop innovative design concepts, support production manufacturability, optimize existing product and tool concepts, create technical documentation, and accompany production start-ups. The role requires a technician training or engineering degree, at least 10 years of experience in plastic component and injection-molding design, knowledge of thermoplastics and manufacturing processes, and familiarity with SolidWorks. It is a permanent full-time position in Neustadt (Hessen) or Hesse.
