Description
Mind Robotics is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to own the mechanical design of cosmetic plastic components for its robots, from industrial design intent through production tooling. The role covers Class-A surfacing, polymer selection, GD&T and tolerance analysis, DFM/DFA for injection and secondary molding, cosmetic specifications, tool-shop collaboration, and prototype validation. Candidates need at least five years of experience designing injection-molded plastic parts for high-volume products, strong polymer and surfacing knowledge, and proficiency with mechanical design software.
