Horizon Hobby is hiring a full-time, on-site Mechanical Design Engineer for its Spektrum Battery Ecosystem. The role develops 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, bills of materials, and product documentation; designs plastic, metal, and electromechanical components; supports prototyping, validation, manufacturing, and engineering changes; and maintains design consistency across batteries, chargers, connectors, and related accessories. The position is available at either the Champaign, Illinois or Rancho Cucamonga, California location, with a typical annual base pay of $70,304 to $100,000 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
