Description
The Mechanical Engineering Designer Sr supports Lockheed Martin’s Integrated Product Team in developing detailed mechanical designs, layouts, drawings, and documentation for sensors and missile systems. Responsibilities include Creo and Windchill design work, bill-of-materials creation, drawing releases, change management, design reviews, and trade studies involving cost, weight, and performance. The role requires an engineering-related bachelor’s degree, mechanical design knowledge, ASME Y14.5 tolerance analysis, at least three years of Creo or similar CAD experience, and the ability to work independently and lead investigations. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
