Description
The Mechanical Design Engineer will design, prototype, analyze, test, and develop manufacturing processes for complex ground systems and high-production aerospace parts supporting rocket and missile launch and control systems. The role owns system architecture, components, and subassemblies from conception through integrated testing and manufacture, including structural analysis, SOLIDWORKS modeling, environmental testing, manufacturing process development, and product lifecycle management. The position requires a mechanical engineering or related technical degree, at least four years of mechanical design and analysis experience, and availability for extended hours and weekends.
