Aversan Inc. is hiring a Mechanical Design Lead in Montreal, Quebec, on a full-time hybrid basis. The role leads mechanical design and engineering teams, manages staffing, succession planning, facilities, budgets, capital planning, audits, safety, and technical troubleshooting, and supports proposals, patents, and product development. Candidates need at least five years of engineering or manufacturing experience, strong leadership and people-management skills, bilingual French-English ability, and preferably space-industry experience.
