Eagle Hills is hiring a Mechanical Design Manager for the Belgrade Waterfront team in Belgrade. The role leads and coordinates mechanical engineering design across the full project lifecycle, covering HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and specialized systems from concept through construction support. Responsibilities include reviewing design submissions and BIM models, managing consultants, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, supporting authority approvals and procurement, resolving MEP clashes, proposing value engineering and sustainable solutions, and ensuring constructability, maintainability, commissioning, and operational requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least eight years of mechanical or MEP design experience on large-scale developments.
