HTI Cybernetics is hiring an onsite Mechanical Design Project Leader in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The role leads moderately complex design projects, oversees customer design reviews, creates 3-D designs and assemblies in NX, analyzes as-built tooling, prepares design updates, creates field sketches and layouts, and develops custom engineered solutions. The position requires 10 years of experience or education in mechanical 3D solid modeling and design, NX proficiency, and familiarity with automotive tooling; it offers 40–50 hours per week with overtime after 40 hours and a flexible start time between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
