Description
Cushing Terrell is hiring a Mechanical Designer to design and coordinate HVAC and plumbing systems, including engineering calculations, technical specifications, Revit modeling, ductwork and piping design, load analysis, equipment selection, construction documents, cost estimates, and site inspections. The role manages small to mid-sized projects from concept through final design with minimal senior-engineer oversight and requires a bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field, at least five years of experience, and proficiency with Autodesk MEP Revit and related MEP tools. The salary range is $70,000 to $85,000 annually, with an annual performance bonus and no visa sponsorship.
