TKDA is hiring a Mechanical Designer to assist with drafting and design of mechanical system projects, prepare drawings, perform basic mechanical calculations, and complete redline revisions for complex plant and building systems serving mining, mineral processing, aggregate, and metals industries. The role is based in Duluth or Bloomington, Minnesota, with a typical three-days-in-office, two-days-remote hybrid arrangement and less than 10% travel. Candidates need an associate degree in a relevant field and at least four years of progressive industrial mechanical-system design experience, along with AutoCAD and Revit proficiency. The Bloomington base salary range is $70,000-$82,000, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and other benefits.
