Description
The Mechanical Designer develops existing concepts and new projects in technical detail under the project engineer, creating designs, workshop drawings, bills of materials, and documentation. The role covers new products and metal structures, modifications to existing installations, manufacturability, and maintenance considerations. A technical master's degree in electromechanics, design and production technology, or product design is required, while prior experience is not; knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD systems such as CreoDirect and PDM/PLM is welcome. The position is in a family-run SME with in-house engineering and production, offers attractive salary and extralegal benefits, and may lead to a permanent position after a successful interim period.
