Mechanical Designer – Complex Systems at Artelia

ARTELIA Industrie is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer/Drafter for its Cherbourg site to support major-scale industrial projects, primarily in naval defense and complex mechanical engineering. The role involves CAD modeling of assemblies and components, component selection and sizing, design cross-checks, compliance with standards and client requirements, and preparation of manufacturing and technical documentation. Candidates should have a Bac+2 qualification such as an HNC/Diploma, BTS CPI, or DUT Mechanical Engineering, at least five years of experience in industrial engineering studies or project management, proficiency with CATIA V5/V6 and 3Dx, and strong analytical and teamwork skills.
