Description
EXP is hiring an experienced Mechanical Designer/Engineer for mission-critical and commercial building projects. The role involves mechanical design, load calculations, code compliance, equipment selection, specifications, RFI and submittal review, coordination with other disciplines, project planning, mentoring design staff, and quality assurance. The position is based in the Richmond, Virginia or Columbus, Ohio offices and requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, EIT status, at least four years of experience, building design experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.
