Description
Mazzetti is hiring a mid-level Mechanical Designer/Engineer for its healthcare practice to design, analyze, document, and coordinate HVAC and mechanical building systems for large and complex healthcare and other facilities. The role covers project delivery, construction administration, multidisciplinary coordination, quality reviews, and mentoring junior staff. It is a hybrid position based in the San Francisco or Sacramento, California areas, with primarily remote work, client site visits, and occasional office presence, plus approximately 10–15% travel within Northern California. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline and at least two years of AEC consulting experience are required; healthcare and HCAI project experience are preferred. Compensation is $62,000–$150,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other benefits.
