Description
The CAD Designer prepares accurate 3D designs and drawings of parts, weldments, and assemblies from customer or internal specifications. The role uses 2D and 3D CAD software and Microsoft Office, verifies dimensions, materials, tolerances, and relationships, designs parts and assemblies, communicates with internal and vendor departments, troubleshoots manufactured products, and supports ISO requirements. It requires at least three years of CAD software experience and an associate’s degree or equivalent education and training.
