Optics11 is hiring a Mechanical Development Engineer focused on hydrophone sensor subsystems. The role develops mechanical assemblies, housings, structures, seals, interfaces, prototypes, and engineering documentation; performs analysis, characterization, validation, and integration testing; and supports design improvement, reliability, manufacturability, and production readiness. The position requires a relevant BSc or MSc, approximately 2–5 years of precision mechanical or sensor-systems experience, CAD and engineering-analysis tools, and eligibility for EU/NATO security clearance.
