Description
The Mechanical Dry Construction Manager oversees mechanical construction activities for large high-tech projects at the project site. The role manages HVAC and exhaust subcontractors, coordinates MEP systems with other disciplines, leads mechanical quality control, drives system startup and commissioning, reviews submittals and RFIs, supports estimating and staffing, and manages subcontractor contracts and equipment buyout. It requires at least five years of mechanical construction experience, industrial or high-tech semiconductor project experience, live high-tech facility experience, relevant education or equivalent field experience, and proficiency with construction management, design, and office software.
