Description
The role develops and designs lenses and mechanical components for industrial endoscope products and core technology, including enclosure design, light-source units, bending mechanisms, thermal and environmental-resistance design, and MIL and IP testing. The position collaborates with optical and electrical engineers, translates customer requirements into product specifications, and promotes simulation technology to improve development efficiency. It requires graduate or university education, native-level Japanese, endoscope or similar ultra-compact precision equipment experience, mechanical design, 3D CAD, and basic engineering-mechanics knowledge.
