AriensCo is hiring a Mechanical Engineer in Brillion, Wisconsin, for its RapidCare business unit supporting service parts, accessories, and attachments. The role develops technical information, identifies components and suppliers, participates in mechanical design reviews, coordinates testing, applies design-for-manufacturing and assembly principles, prepares cost estimates, investigates failures using FMEA and 8D root-cause analysis, reviews designer documentation, and evaluates patents related to outdoor power equipment. A four-year engineering bachelor's degree is required, with a mechanical engineering degree, Design for Six Sigma knowledge, and manufacturing experience in the outdoor power or off-highway equipment industry preferred. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
