Description
The Engineering Operations Specialist will execute and manage engineering programs and projects for the Electrofill Product Group, supporting Sabre 3D and Sabre products. Responsibilities include product release and rollout, product architecture, BOM management, manufacturing and supplier issues, change management, and collaboration with engineering, product management, supply chain, configuration engineering, and customer teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field with at least two years of experience, or an advanced degree without prior professional experience, along with strong communication, technical presentation, investigative, multitasking, and accuracy skills. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Sabre products, SAP, TC-PLM, CQ, Creo or NX, change management, and product development release procedures. The role offers hybrid work options, including On-site Flex and Virtual Flex.
