Description
Lam Research is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop mechanical and electromechanical power-box and control-panel systems for semiconductor equipment. The role covers feasibility studies, component selection, sheet-metal enclosure design, manufacturing drawings, engineering change management, design reviews, production issue resolution, DFMEA and other design-for-quality activities, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a mechanical engineering degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, along with expertise in thermal calculations, 3D modeling, GD&T, welding, SEMI standards, and power-box design.
