Lam Research is hiring a Mechanical Engineer 3 for its WETS Product Group in Tualatin, Oregon. The role designs and develops mechanical components, assemblies, and subsystems for wet-processing equipment used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing, translating requirements into CAD models, drawings, and analyses while supporting NPI, integration, validation, manufacturing, and field-issue activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline and at least five years of relevant engineering experience, or three years with a master’s degree or equivalent practical experience. The position offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid work arrangements.
