Lam Research is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to design and validate mechanical and electromechanical systems for deposition products in the semiconductor industry. The role covers feasibility studies, CAD modeling, component design, structural and thermal analysis, testing, documentation, supplier collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, along with strong CAD, communication, and experimental design skills. The position may be performed under an on-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
