Lam Research is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to join its Concept and Feasibility team within the WETS Product Group, developing mechanical and electromechanical systems for next-generation electroplating deposition products. The role covers concept-to-productization design, CAD modeling, component design, structural and thermal analysis, feasibility studies, test planning, documentation, supplier collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field with 8+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience, along with strong CAD, communication, experimental, and design skills. The role may be performed under an on-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid arrangement.
