Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Mechanical Engineer focused on propulsion hardware for the Fleet Ballistic Missiles Mechanical Controls group. The role develops technical requirements, designs and tests mechanical and electromechanical systems, represents the Integrated Product Team with stakeholders, and interfaces with management, systems engineering, quality, and Navy counterparts. Required qualifications include experience with manufacturing of energetic materials or other materials, DoD Secret Clearance eligibility, supplier management, technical evaluations, mechanical design, and CAD software such as CERO. The position offers a full-time salary range of $65,500 to $121,700 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
