Description
The Associate Engineer will design and engineer pump packages, pump components, and pump layouts, while preparing bills of material and technical documentation. The role includes producing and checking 2D drawings and complex 3D CAD models, supporting engineering and operations initiatives, maintaining engineering performance indicators, applying continuous improvement techniques, developing standards and checklists, collaborating with business units and supervisors, training design drafters, and participating in standardization projects. It requires a mechanical engineering graduate with at least three years of relevant pump or rotating-equipment experience, knowledge of ASME, API, and DIN standards, proficiency with 2D/3D CAD such as SolidWorks, and knowledge of GD&T and ANSI Y14.5.
