Flex is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer in Fontana, California to support the design, development, calculations, drafting, and manufacturing of power distribution products such as relay panels, control buildings, and low- and medium-voltage switchgear. The role involves creating 2D and 3D fabrication and assembly drawings, bills of materials, customer and vendor coordination, production support, and design-for-excellence improvements. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 0–2 years of related experience are required, along with SolidWorks, CAD, parametric design, FEA, communication, budgeting, and organizational skills.
