Description
ABB is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to perform mechanical design for medium-voltage drives, including parts design, simulation, drawings, materials selection, change-request evaluation, qualification testing, supplier assessment, second-source development, and production support. The role also supports testing, installation, commissioning, proposal preparation, and design verification. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field, at least three years of mechanical design experience in low- or medium-voltage drives, ProE/Creo and PLM knowledge, and fluent English.
