Description
The Mechanical Engineer will maintain, overhaul, and repair mechanical installations and components in a tank storage and logistics environment. Responsibilities include detecting and repairing compressed air and nitrogen leaks, overhauling pumps, performing minor mechanical repairs, ordering spare parts, recording completed work, and installing or removing pumps, valves, and mechanical meters. The role requires fluent Dutch, a category B driving license, mechanical or flange-fitting training or equivalent experience, accuracy, efficiency under pressure, and flexibility for on-call work. It is a full-time day-shift position with permanent contract potential after a successful interim period.
