Description
Aqua Consultants is hiring a permanent full-time Mechanical Engineer to support sewage treatment and water-engineering projects. The role involves feasibility, outline, and detailed mechanical design; hydraulic and pump calculations; CAD and P&ID drawings; technical reviews; proposals; site surveys; and line management of junior engineers. It requires extensive sewage-treatment and hydraulic-design experience, a mechanical-engineering degree, and Chartered Engineer status or progress toward it. The position is hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the United Utilities Lingley Mere office and site visits as required.
