AECOM is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to join its Buildings + Engineering team in Dublin. The role supports the design and delivery of mechanical building services across healthcare, education, transport, and data centre projects, including HVAC, public health, heating, cooling, energy efficiency, and sustainable systems. Responsibilities include producing engineering designs and documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting programme management and client communications, attending site visits, and contributing to technical knowledge sharing. The position requires a degree in mechanical or building services engineering, building services consultancy experience, knowledge of Irish and UK regulations and standards, proficiency with Revit and BIM, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Hybrid work is available, with flexibility to work from an AECOM office, a remote location, or a client site.
